Location: All locations across the US
Travel: 75% (Monday through Thursday, remote on Friday then back out on Monday)
Our client is currently seeking Managing Consultants to apply their skills in Talent Management, Human Capital and Workforce Transformation. Our client provides a wide array of services to their clients, ranging from strategic planning and business transformation to process improvement and organizational change. In this position, you will have the opportunity to solve the most complex Human Capital issues on unprecedented scales.
As an Associate Partner you will sell, lead and support complex Talent Management, HR Function and Workforce Transformation sales opportunities and programs and manage executive client relationships.
Specifically, the Associate Partner will:
- Lead, identify, develop and close of sales efforts in support of an identified sales targets
- Create Holistic HR assessments spanning multiple solution components to include strategy, people, process, organization, technology and service delivery
- Provide complex program leadership in support of projects that span Assessment and Business Case through Post-Go Live phases
- Provide workforce strategy and transformation specific domain guidance, strategies, and leading practices, in these areas: Performance, Succession, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Compensation; Leadership Development, Knowledge Management, and Social Networking and Collaboration.
- Build and lead internal communities of Talent, HR and Workforce Transformation practitioners;
- Lead or contribute to thought leadership documents on Talent, HR and Workforce Transformation
- Understand best of breed talent technology vendors, both packaged software and SAAS solutions
- Develop, mentor and transfer knowledge to local teams through training and side-by-side engagement work.
Requirements:
- Big 4 Consulting experience.
- 3+ years of successful experience selling Human Capital Management Services at the $3 to $4M mark.
- Experience delivering workforce strategy and transformation solutions.
- Strategic experience with evaluating and streamlining HR processes – HR Policies and Procedures, Performance,
- Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Retention, Benefits, Compensation, Leadership Development, Knowledge Management, Social Networking and Collaboration.
- Experience with the management and delivery of talent technology implementations including packaged software (Taleo, Saba and Success Factors) and SAAS environments. (this is not a technical requirement)
- Prefer 8+ years of experience working in the Distribution Industry (Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma/Life Sciences, Travel, Transportation, Hospitality). If the candidate does not have 8 years of overall experience but they have been selling in the Distribution industry for the most recent 3 to 4 years and have been successful, we will consider the candidate.
- Masters Degree strongly preferred
Base salary can range from $180K – $220K with bonuses up to 40%.

Healthcare Strategy Consultant
The perfect candidate for the Consultant position will have demonstrated excellence both during his or her academic career (MBA or post-graduate degree from top school) and during previous employment experiences with other top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, etc.) or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries. Proven analytic abilities, superb presentation skills and extensive team management experience are essential. A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is advantageous, but not required.
As a Consultant you will lead and manage a team of Analysts and Associates to complete projects. You will interact with clients to understand problems, test hypotheses and share interim results. You will also structure complex strategic and analytical problems into an actionable plan for our clients. As a Consultant you will work in teams to synthesize analyses into key finds and develop actionable recommendation as well as collaborate with Managers and Partners to prepare and deliver client presentations.
